welcome to the family! i have the exact same car.. just picked up some progress lowering springs and i am going wingless right now.. makes the car look more mature.
Only 8500 miles! This is a good thing because I want some new wheels and that would give me the perfect excuse...

I think the car would look good wingless as well, I was looking at it today an wondering if there's anyone out there with a wingless RA. Post a pic if you have one.

Sorry, but that just looks wrong. I think it's the way that the trunk slopes down, but the lancer is just one ot those cars that needs a spoiler, IMO. Like a mustang, the old style galants, or a sunfire/cavalier... Not I'm not refering to the huge gaudy crap that some people put on their cars, but something like the stock wing, or a nice lip spoiler...just something to take away the whole "bean" shape.

I think it looks a little cleaner without the stock spoiler, but like ^ said, a subtle lip spoiler might look good too.

i bought a RA because its a way nicer interior, 4 wheel discs, wayy more power, stock short shifter, race pedals, front and rear lip...

i am not trying to look like an ES but without a spoiler it makes the car more mature and not so street racer like. and the RSX-s that pulls up next to me doesnt know its a RA without a spoiler, they arent smart enough to notice the brakes or the 5-lug wheels
