30k miles.... now what?...
Whats up guys, so i just reached that 30k mile mark on my car... should i just take it to the dealership and let them do the tune up or are there somethings i could do myself, like sparkplugs if so.. what are the best ones for the RA.. basically.. what are some things i could do myself before i take the car to get the tune up... thanks

Spark plugs won't need to be changed at 30k. Nor even at 60k.
When my car hit 30k, I changed the oil, oil filter, air filter (still had the stock airbox then), cabin air filter, tranny fluid (M/T), wiper blades, and set my valve clearances.
Other than that, I just gave the car a once over, checked the brake pads for thickness, topped off fluids, etc..

Dealer said my valve clearances were within spec, so they did not have to adjust.
And they didn't change my plugs......but the manual says they are to be changed?
Also had a squeak coming from transmission area whenever I pressed the clutch. Service manager said it was the clutch cover. They are replacing under warranty, and I am getting a clutch disc installed while they are in there for just the cost of the disc ($98).
I actually like my dealership!
