Road Race Motorsports - Beuler ?, Beuler ?, Beuler ?

Well, I can appreciate the fact that Road Race Motorsports have certain things that require a TELEPHONE CONVERSATION in order to actually place an order.....

But, after trying to call them for the last 5 days in a row, not including today (Saturday), and having no success getting anything but an answering machine, how in hell am I supposed to order a header ?

I realize that I could leave a message, but I am in Canada and wouldn't expect them to call me back. I have no problem making the call on my dime.....I just want to know that there is actually someone that will eventually answer that phone !

I also realize that they might be busy with other customers, but if this is an advanced sign of customer support.....then I am concerned.

Perhaps someone could direct me to their "Hours of opperation" so that I may reach someone via telephone ?

Thanks.
Allan

Yah, all of my calls have been placed at about 4:00PM my time (MST) which would translate into 3:00PM their time (Pacific).....so I don't think that was the problem........

Anyways, it's all taken care of.

Where in Canada are you from ?

He told me he will be back in the shop by the end of this week, I'm supposed to call him then. I think that if had left a message they would have called you back. Companies usually include long distance in their budgets so it's not gonna make or break them.

I just talked to Brian....placed my first order for a Cat-Back, UDP and Springs.

...now the fun begins, all the while wishing Spring would come sooner (as I hate winter) so that I can order the Turbo

I was initially going to stay with an N/A car.....but have since decided against it, as there are already Turbo Lancers in Calgary where I live.....and I don't want to be a slow *** N/A car that gets left behind when I finally meet up with some of them...lol
