Squirrely rear end
I just installed the Progress rear sway bar on my car, and at the same time adjusted the tire pressures. I am now running 32 up front and 30 in the rear which seems to be the best balance of comfort and handling. Even with the stock Goodyears, the handling through a corner is much more planted and predictable now.
lol look mine does that to wathc realy close

When you backed out of it just as you made the turn you unloaded the weight from the back end that's why it felt light, it was. A thicker rear sway bay will accentuate the effect by reducing traction to the rear wheels as will increasing rear tire pressure. All that being said, the first thing I did to mine was to order a larger rear sway bar and have my dealer install it.
Our cars are notorius for oversteering especially with factory tires.
ps:
As bad as the RSA's are, I'd take them over the RE92's any day. (my opinion of course)

And for whoever said to add a thicker rear swaybar in the back to prevent the rear coming out is wrong.
