yea sorry that is what i meant otter, i am just trying to see about uping the performance, i read somewhere on the forum that the after market cams for the eclipse fit our cars, just wondering if it has been tried yet.

yes a guy i know in P.R. did it he had to set it at -0 to get it to work
he has a AEM brand.

RPW makes cams for our cars. don't know if they are any cheaper but if you're worried about fitment or anything its the ticket.

upss sorry i was thinking cam gear. as far as camshaff if is the 2.4 mivec eclipse one yes
but if it is the one for 2000 to 2003 eclipse with the 4g64 it will not work because of the mivec
