Grease 'em and they'll come off with a bit of work. I have the polyurethane exhaust mounts, and those are a ***** to get off the downpipe. O2 sensors are easily removed with the right tools (O2 sensor socket is a must)

Yeah thanks otter, I did that, worked

Now the last of my problems before I can start installing..

If you look at that above pic, and the HFC it has an o2 sensor bolted on right... well on the stock, I have seriously tried EVERYTHING to remove that bolt.

WD-40, grease, stronger friends everything.. not working.

So I thought I'll get my electrician friend to cut the wire so the stock cat and flexipipe can come off loose and rewire them. Do you think this is a bad idea?

There is clearly 4 wires so I think it should be okay...anyone?
