What is required to get a bumper repainted??

$250 to paint a bumper isn't a bad deal.
If you want to do it yourself, you'll need to prep it (lightly sand and deal with any imperfections if needed.) As for actual painting, you'll need a spray gun and an air compressor strong enough to power it, unless you're using one of those HVLP guns, they can run off a weaker compressor. From there on it really takes practice and experience to make it look good.

$250CDN isn't bad, i wanted a scrape on my corolla's front bumper fixed and painted, the shop quoted something like $500CDN. i asked the dealership how much for a new bumper, you don't even want to know...

$250 is a good deal, but if the rest of the car paint is original, youll have one shiny bumper and the rest dull.. To do it right they would have to blend into the hood and fenders.. If you just want the bumper painted, fine, but i would then have the rest of the car buffed so the gloss is uniform on the entire car.. Just my opinion..
250 is a great deal in cdn dollars...and since u own an 06, the paint shouldnt be too hard to match since its still pretty fresh...if you need a shop that does great body work in the gta, i can send you somewhere..
considering the shop would have to strip the bumper's old paint off, prep it, prime it, paint, clearcoat, that deal you're getting is a sweet deal.
too sweet if you ask me
