if they don't have it at home depot you can find it at a craft store. Or check a store like Target in the picture frame area. People put the felt tape on the back of large frames so they don't rug on the wall.

Also used for putting under the feet of different furniture items like chairs, tables etc. so they don't scratch a wood floor - so maybe in the furniture bits section of a hardware (not 100% what Home Depot caters for, we don't have it in .au)
What do u have in mind?
Neoprene tape is pretty handy too

I got a big sheet of it at the local hardware store for $1, it's for putting new felt on the bottom of table lamps. The back side already has adhesive on it. So far, I've only used it on my front door window switches to keep them from rattling. I also picked up a roll of foam weatherstripping and put some on the back of my license plate so it doesn't rattle anymore.

Thanks for your comments (as always). I'm just using the felt to get rid of some shakes and rattles. Got these helpful TSBs from Blacksheep, which you guys should consider too if you already haven't.
I'm looking to use the felt to get rid of squeaks/rattles in my windshield mounting clips, front doors (switch and handle area), and my rear license plate.
Check out these TSBs with pictures!!!
