Check engine light / cold air intake
Mine only turns on when I drive into the city. My car apparently hates cities.
It *is* pretty annoying, though, as it happens EVERY time I drive into the city, and always the same P0171 code. Then I have to either beat on my car when I get her back out to the county or unplug the ECU when I get a chance.

I was thinking about taking the piggyback out of the loop for a couple trips into the city to see if that makes a difference. If it does, I'm sure the "P0171 - System too lean" is something that can be tuned out.
Well mines constantly on
Not because of the intake but because of the 2nd o2 sensor which is reading more airflow.
The guys at haltech told me how to fix it cause he did the same thing to his evolution ix but I forgot. He said something about using a hose or some sort of pipe.
I know it may sound simple, but did you forget to put the 1st o2 sensor bolted back on?
Never heard of an intake causing a CEL.

That is the exact same reason mine is one...my mechanic is going to try and fix the problem at my 30,000 mile tune up, I'll PM you with an helpful info.
MITVRX and Truffle Shuffle, this is all you need to fix your CELs. It's very easy and costs about $5.

I've never gotten a CEL from my intake.
