You'll be fine without upgrading your exhaust. Not that you won't want to for added performance in the future, buy you won't hurt anything if you don't do it right now.

You won't throw codes, but the exhaust will compliment the combo nicely.

upgrading the exhaust will make you more likely to trow codes especially if you put in the header/dp or get rid of your cat.

Do it as is. You really don't need to upgrade the exhaust untill you turbo. It's mostly for sound and really your giving up a little low end to get a little high end with exhaust. Even at that it's like 1-3 hp

there is nothing wrong with the stock muffler with those combo's, thats how i started out except i went with the SRI becasue i hate cleaning the filters that often etc, but when i threw the magnaflow CB on it was even nicer, the intake and exhaust just seemed to work nicer together, and you could hear it, with the stock i was tried to start it when it was running! yes i am a moron....but it is so quite, especially at idle.

if you really dont want to have a stock exhaust then go axelback or universal muffler, thats about the cheapest way to go unless you have the money for a catback or header back.

even if you get the sri, udp, and axel back exhaust you still may get beat. A lot of people don't realize how crutial knowing how to drive is. Someone that knows how to drive can easily beat you off the line and pull away. Thats what I love about our cars. We have a lot of torque and once you learn how to feather the clutch just enough when the "tree" turns green you go WOT and leave them in the dust. Just be careful and remember always keep your racing to the track

If you can, get the motor mounts and shifter bushings too. That will help a lot with wheel hop and shifting. These are good places to start without breaking the bank.

The exhaust after the cat is not the restriction. its the down pipe area thats all kinked and nasty. if you really want to upgrade the exhaust portion just get a down pipe, if RRM still has em, or the Header D/P combo. That is where you will notice the gains, but eh that is my own two cents. eventually, yeah sure get a cat back but even with all my mods I am just considering to upgrade the portion after the down pipe. Mod according to your goal. Dont just buy buy buy parts just because every other car has a modified exhaust and think you are going to get neck snapping power. Save time, energy and money.
