rrm ecu questions

Has anybody out there that has a rrm ecu ever had any problems with it?
Ive seen some of the other posts about the battery being disconnected and i guess reseting the ecu. would driving the car around to re program it fix it? i wanted to know because i just recently purchased a rrm pulley kit and ecu and would like to know if anybody has had any problems with them.

RRM is a company you can trust to stand behind their products. I haven't heard of anything bad yet. If you have a problem, they will make it right for you.

I'm from canada, and if one of their products were faulty.. and they caused huge damage to my car. i honestly truely believe that they would stand behind their product. no matter what. even alllllllllllll the way north!

Although i havent purchased a piggy back ecu for my car from RRM the parts i have ordered they called me to verify that it was correct. And the time i called for some information the person i spoke to was very helpful.

Give them a call im sure they will be more than willing to answer any and all questions that you have.

If there is a problem, there is nothing RRM cannot fix. Try 'em!

RRM is having a rough week. Give it a little time, they will most certainly get back to you.

I bought many parts from RRM and always had an excellent service. You can also try to talk with guys at split second for the piggyback they have an incredibly fast service. They answer to e-mails even in saturday and have the answer to every question about their products.

the email is available through their website, as is the phone number, but as rolsd has said you might want to give them a little time to deal with their recent loss. I am sure they will be just as attentive as usual come next week.

i have the RRM piggy and its great. helpful tool. and RRM customer service is awesome. I caught them (Gabe i think now that i mention it) at 530 CA time on a friday bc i needed to ask a few questions about the install and he walked me through it, no problems he actually jumped under their RA on the phone to help me out. They are def. the ones to trust with your car.
