Take the spare wheel out.
Take the back seats out.
Launch between 2500-2700rpm.
Lower the pressure of your tyre to about 20-22psi.

Take it out when you're there.

Not sure, should be that long. Haven't taken them off personally so can't help you on that one sorry!

Everyone is nervous their first time to the strip. Everyone.

Remember that your reaction time has NOTHING to do with your 1/4 mile time. The clock doesn't start running until you leave the line, so don't worry about reaction time.

Don't bother stripping weight out of your car, either.

Don't worry about winning or losing yet.

Work on your launches and shifts. Get your times and trap speeds consistent, then start working on reaction time and weight loss.

Whats up yeah i was running like s**t all day. that night before i installed my exhaust on the OZ and it wasnt fitting right so it probably had tons of leaks, like it mattered though its all straight thru no cats or resonators just a straight through muffler at end. yeah the best time i had was 16.73 all day i was so disappointed cause last year i ran a 16.53 before they closed up the track at the end of the year, and i had stock exhaust with a welded muffler on. wasnt a good day for me hope to see you out there again sometime.
