my buddy was telling me about a gauge he saw that was a shifting guage, it pretty much told you when to shift when these little lights would hit the center or the gauge you would shift...i have never heard of this, and ive done my searching and found nothing...any comments...i thought maybe he was talking about a digital boost gauge or something, i dont know...just let me know what you think he was talking about cause i have no idea..

I think what he's refering to tho, is a shift light that is more like a tach. but at the shift point the light is a different color, brighter, and flashes. I think AEM makes one... not 100% sure tho.

 

i dont know, i mean my buddy isnt much of a car guy, but from what he said it looked like a normal gauge with little LED lights that go from red yellow then green, and i guess what it hits the center light you shift...i dont know, he started talking about the LEDs and i instantly thought a boost gauge
