Maybe not immediately, I want to get the tien coilovers instead of springs, so it may take me a while to save up.

The wheel gap should be the same since the diameter of the entire wheel and tire is pretty much the same as the stock if you choose a lower profile tire.

I understand that ride quality will change, but I should get no rubbing - I have spoken to a tire shop in town, and one online, both said 215/35R18 would be best since there will be no effect on the speedometer and no rubbing.

Can you please compare 195/50/16 vs 215/40/17

Will it a big comparison or very little?

yeah the winters can be bad here! Actually the pink is a high temp paint. (I mixed high temp red and high temp white)

here is what you requested

Looks like there's hardly any change to the speedo! Diameters are almost the same.

Looks like Smartie either found my wheel/tire calculators I have posted in the Wheels, Tires and Suspension section......or is very resourceful (which is refreshing).

You will notice the car will feel slower and look akward since the ralliart doesnt have such a mean stance or bigger fender wells. Also congrats on getting a stick, I know of only two girls that actually got manual transmissions ralilarts, the others got autos. Sometimes I wish I got a white ralliart instead of black,

... because there is a girl, a living and breating one in our forum.

I've got a manual RA! Guess you know of four girls with them now, lol.

Nice job on the calipers! I'm going to paint mine red or black sometime this summer.
