AC/Door lock doesnt work.. HELP!

Sup guys,
So heres the problem. One day after a really bad storm, I went to my car and drove it home from work. While on the way home, I went to turn on the AC and it didnt turn on. When I get home I go to lock my car, and my alarm gives me a extra beep, letting me know there is something wrong. So I went to check if my doors were closed all the way. Turns out that they are, but my power locks dont work.
So I brought it into work the next day and used a volt meter. Turns out I blew a pretty big fuse. 60 amp. It looks like this, its the one at the very bottom left. It's a weird looking fuse, and I cant find it anywhere. The model number on the fuse is
E529. Anybody had to replace this fuse before?

Yank the fuse and take it to an autoparts store. If they don't have it, then you're stuck going to a dealer.

I have one of those, but it won't be very practical b/c of shipping/time. Let me know if you can't find one elsewhere.
