Stereo Wiring Harness
Instead of cutting of the existing harness in my car...does this harness connect directly to the one thats already there?

Yup, that looks about right.
I installed a new stereo this past week end and just mated the stereo harness with the one I bought. The entire install took about 15 minutes.
And its very easy to go back to stock if you ever want to.
