Cluster issues

Let me give ya the details first.
I live in Canada, KM/h are my issue.
I drive a 2006 Ralliart
I bought an evo 9 cluster.

I need to convert the odometer to KM/h instead of reading MPh.
Next.. I need the odometer to read my current milage (almost 30,xxx KM). Right now it reads 7xxx miles.

Does anyone know how to do this? Or can someone provide me with a diagram, schematic, or documentation related to this issue? (RA and EVO 9) I want to get this cluster in ASAP, as I think it's beautiful.
Also.. All the other 'idiot lights' will come up the same as usual? I just won't be able to use the acd function, correct?

thanks for your time

i believe there are shops you can take the cluster to to have the milage adjusted. as for KM/h doesnt the evo spedometer show KM/h in a smaller text under the MPH? my RA does...

yes, it does.. but.
while i'm driving, the odometer is going to clock the milage, now the ... kilmoterage (lack of better, or real words)
see. i drive one mile, and it'll go up, instead of driving 1 km.

1 mile = 1.609344 kilometer

lol, as stated u can calculate it out, or u can get rid of it and get an EVO cluster out of an Australian model as we used KM for how far we travel and also its the only numbers we have on the dials(no miles/km mix)

It's electronic, there has to be a way.
I'm still waiting for otter to pop out of the shadows and find a diagram, schematic, or information that will help me.

I guess I might have an evo 9 cluster for sale...

'morning, you're SOL. You can call a dealer and see if they'll do it, but otherwise, not sure anyone else can do it.

would there be any shape/fitting issues with an aussie cluster though? don't forget we put the steering wheel on the right hand side of the car. (we had to because they way they designed the McDonald's drive through windows it was either put the driver on the right or reverse in :P )

there is a company that does custom gauge face's they could match your cluster but as far as the odometer reading miles an hour you should be able to get one from anywhere but the states as they are about the only place that uses miles .i would think you would also have to get the "reader" or the drive that reads klm's .as far as a dealship helping you out good luck.

If your having cluster problems why dont you just make more space so everything is less clustered.

The odometer is going to be made to read miles not kilomiles and i cant really think of any way of changing it other than getting a whole new cluster.

I guess its not cool to be USDM, lucky Japanese get the cool parts and the hot chicks its just not fair man
