I believe those HVAC controls are electronic, ours are just plain old fashioned sliders & wires. Like said above, prob would be a real PITA to convert over. But if you figure it out, let me know! This is prob my only major complaint about our cars.

Those are the Climate Control AC controls we have on our RA's in Australia.
We also have a double din setup for the stereo so if you went for the single head unit like in that pic you'd have space for the gauges. I don't know if you can just get the controls for the AC and shuffle everything around... well the shuffling part you should, but there is more to that type of AC I am guessing, thermometres/thermostats etc.

Chowetime was helping out before with anyone wanting a double-din stereo. Shes away at the moment.

+1 for that. People have done the conversions, it's just a lot more trouble than it's worth.

You'll most likely get the conversion done quicker then waiting for an orbital kit

It's funny because that might be true... the Orbital kits are do in the next week or so though.
