The times finally come

well its finally time, i went t 15 minutes out of my way with these two cute girls to pick up a friend of mine, only to find him driving around with 4 clearly drunk people one of which winged open his door scuffing my car...(pissed) and now with the added weight in my car, leaving the parking lot, my car slammed to the floor chipping one of the fins on my rrm kit, the springs are shot on my car and every slight elevation, bump, rock chip, manhole cover and it scrapes some more. im taking it to mitsu tomorrow 8 am sharp, they want to charge me a 95 dollar 'looking fee" i want them to fix this crap under waranty because its clear that the springs are shot and my tire is scrapping the wheel well, ill keep you guys posted, any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks

i hate to say it but that might not be covered under your warrenty, theyll say that struts/shocks is normal wear and tear unless maybe you just purchased the car but you have an 04 so its not brand new.

im surprised you still have your warrenty, i still have mine but ill only take it in if its really necessary. the mistu dealer i go to are full of idiots.

get new friends...how is this a warranty job.? you have aftermarket skirts (judging by your rrm kit fins). Mitsu doesn't have to cover stuff you put on yourself. Even if the springs are shot (which i doubt, springs usually outlast the struts) it is not their fault you put an aftermarket lip kit on which makes the body sit lower.

I don't let drunk people get in my car. Period.

On top of that I don't pull up next to other people's cars unless i really have to. I'd much rather park a mile out than park conveinently next to the entrance of a store...

Getting my friends home safely is infinitely more important than my car.

guys you are all absolutly right, and this is hillarious. Today i took it to the dealer and they said that its my tire rubbing agaisnt my splash guards, and that its the after market bumper so pay me my 100 dollar inspection fee and get out, theyre new owners at this dealership so i wasnt to familiar with them, and now im going to have to go springs to firm up the ride my cars already low so im looking for springs that have the same height as oem ones, but are much firmer so they dont slink down and rub, any advice would help greatly thanks
