I dont know if you can have it in an accessory kit in Hawaii or in the usa, but here in canada we can't. If you ask price to the dealer for only one it turns around 200-300 per light !. I suggest you to buy them on ebay. Trendgear sells them for 100$ everything include (foglights, plastic cover, relay, wire, switch) (shiping handling etc). And this is Mitsubishi parts !

In your car all the wire are already there, you just have to put the relay and install the switch. You need a little bit of knowledge of electricity and mechanical, but in the end it's pretty simple.

To answer your question, yes there's a difference, not a huge but it help. That's my opinion anyway.

Good luck with your project !

Its not a huge difference, but its helpful when you're in snow. PS I have amber bulbs for my fogs. 3000K or something like that, H3's. I forget the brand but they have lasted me probably 2 years now.

No, there's no instruction inside the box. Before order, write them to be sure they ship you the right plastic fog cover, because they ship us the 04-05 model, and I've installed it on a 2006. The bumper isn't the same so we had to buy them at the dealer.

(you have to buy from the dealer, 2 brakets that hold the fog light behind the bumper) The cost price is around 20 $ so the retail price should be around 40...

If you need information about the installation, just Pm me and I'll be happy to help you.
