Mine did when I had 20,000 miles on my car. Probably wouldn't now that I have 87,000 on it.

No major work done yet, though my rear control arm bushings get really squeaky when it's cold outside, and both sides on the front of the car may need front end work soon, i get some creaks when i go over bumps/dips in the road.
Other than that, i do my oil changes every 5k (Mobil 1 5w-30, OEM Filter)
Reliability 10/10

i'm a bit late on this necro'd thread, but here we go:

'04
about 35k on it
I just change the fluids No problems
1 major accident (trunk ended up in my back seat) and 2 minor accidents (none were my fault. yay)
So far, so good

Only regret I have is buying form a ****ty stealership (west palm mitsu totally sucks ***). My state law says you have 3 days to return a car, and they cant sell your trade in til then. 2 days after I bought mine, Mitsu changed the warranty from 3yr/35k B2B to 5yr/50k B2B. So I went in and asked to be upgraded. They said no, I said gimme my car back (they still have to remote my fancy alarm and install in my new car). They said they sold it.... with the alarm =/

anyone, just started noticing my first mechanical issues. When I turn the wheel after a cold start, i get a funny cracking sound. Might be the boots freezing. Seems to go away after about 5 minutes into driving.

I've done all my maintenance myself, but since its past due for a 30k and I've moved, I'll probably take it into a local dealership to get established with them since I want to buy an MR or new RA once they come out. Any recommend once in Atlanta who doesn't totally suck?

1 accident - tree decided to rip back my right front panel, slam the wheel back into the wheel well and basically do $7000 worth of repairs on it. Had to dodge some idiot lady in a nissan and lost control.

Anyways, minus that I just have the same problem as the guy I quoted. But funny thing is that it's the front right, the same place I hit the tree with? I need to go over the invoice list of what they replaced but I would have assumed they would have replaced the boots. But maybe not. Other then that, the car is driving like a champ. Just installed an Injen CAI and love it.

Replace oil every 3k miles. Pretty easy on it for day to day driving. Though I do enjoy getting on it when the traffic allows.

04, 62k miles no real problems. I did break the damn cold-hot HVAC control knob off though. Temp. was single digets outside and it just wouldn't turn. I shoulden't have forced it. Why is that POS HVAC so hard to turn anyway?

04 with 40k miles

1st car and has been very reliable minus a few minor warranty repairs. only time its doesnt run is when i put parts on and screw up.

my only complaint is that it makes too many squeeky and creaking noises. you figure out y one thing is rattling or squeeking and then something else starts making annoying sounds. for cheap craftsmanship.

60K

well when i first got it the rear tranns mount was shot, mitsu wouldnet warrenty it< " Due to abuse" log story there , then the front motor mount went due to that going the tranny mount went to, so RRM mms and tranny mount, 250$, only other thing i can really think about that wasnt my faullt or due to mods, is the MAF , but that was only 50$, just about time to get a new clutch though starting to slip on cooler days and breaks are still holding up good but about time to change rotors and pads, ill give is a 9/10 i really dont have many probs other then the chain re-action from the motor mounts,
