yw for the pics. I chose black because it would still look stock-ish if I did it that way. The glossy with clear actually blends pretty well and doesn't blind me.
Otter has seen it in person....can't remember if he liked it or not.

The dash is pretty straight-forward. Pull the climate control knobs, unscrew the screws and pull the centerpiece. The 2 more screws and pull the long dash piece. The center console is a little tricky because of the cig. lighter (you have to unplug a couple wires). The real tricky part is the small piece around the fog light button and mirror adjuster.
You just take your time and be careful basically.

What about the dash trim kits that are like...stickers or something. Ive seen one that is all carbon fiber and it looks pretty nice but its just a sticker i think. and 1 scratch in it would show how foney..phoney...what ever anyone ever tried those kits?

I have seen your link and instructions but they are not complete as there are no instructions how to remove the transmission console as well as how to properly prep before actually painting the dash (sand down the pieces and such). Eclipse2Lancer did an excellent job on this so I had to ask the master...

I'd like to know if anybody has actually used the trim kit as well! I like the fact that it supplies trim for everything, but still questionable whether or not it would look good...I was thinking about painting as well, but was afraid of the outcome...Not any more though, looks great!
