i was wondering how many bolts hold on the wing and if there is tape under it. id like to take my wing off but i dont want to run into problems. i used search. if anyone else can find a how to ill read it and you can close the thread. also what can i do to plug the holes beside putting stickers over it

besides putting a sticker over it you can go to the local auto place n buy some puddy n put it on and sand alittle over n get it painted but i have a friend who took the wing off but also put on a cf trunk so.. there you go cf trunk ..

 

yea i wouldnt put a sticker over it anyway. i only seen two bolts when i looked at it earlier but i didnt have much time. guess thats my project for tomorrow while the wifes at work.

the only cf trunks ive ssen were for evos and they didnt have the thing for the licence plate on it.

 

well i took my wing off but i was thinking. will i not pass inspection because of no third brake light?

 

wouldn't think it an issue since the ES come in models that don't have the third brake light?

 

^ I think they have the more rectangular square shaped 3rd brake light placed inside on the trunk liner

^ of course you don't, you have a Ralliart which comes with the wing... I was referring to the comment above mine about the ES brake light.
