Left Blinker Illuminates In Reverse.

About 70% of the time im in reverse and breaking the left blinker lights up. Not to full brightness and it doesnt blink or anything just lights up. Its a recent problem that im stumped on and i posted it in the newb forum first because i thought it may be of that nature but i got no response. On the topic of in reverse does anyone elses brakes squeek terribly in reverse as well? its been happening about a year and they keep telling me its brake dust.

Mine squeak as well. It seems to be a Lancer thing. I was watching WRC and a Lancer Evo was rallying, and they filmed it coming into a hairpin and you could hear the brakes squeaking.

It made me laugh because I thought: "You can hear the breaks, thats how you know it's a lancer!"

theres a how to on how to fix the brake issue. as far as the turn signal, have u done any electrical work on your car? there has to be some sort of tie in with reverse light, and such.

If it only does it when you hit the brakes check all the left rear light bulbs.
