honestly, $800 is a great price IMO, considering how well I was taken care of and the passenger that was in my car with me when we got hit by an un insured drunk driver. All bills payed (which were totalling over $20k) with only a $200 deductible.
(My rates didnt go up since other driver got arrested on scene for DUI, and in Texas it was obviously his fault, so now he is gonna have my insurance company going after him for the money)

Only complaint is they are trying to give me a "pain and suffering" settlement w/ an initial offer of $650, which is no where near enough for what I went through, and I know how murky the gauging what's an appropriate settlement, but $650 is just absurd.
