More part compatibility questions...Exhaust

I'm definitely not a newbie to cars, but very new to Mitsubishi. I've got an '06 Ralliart and I'm wondering about exhaust compatibility between the RA and EVO's. I used to own a '95 240sx with a Buddy Club Spec III that I absolutely loved. I'd really love to get one for my RA, but I'm assuming that the one available for the EVO is incompatible with the RA.

Can someone confirm or deny this?

What do you love about it? The muffler? The piping set up? The sound?

To answer your question, no it is not compatible. You gotta chop and weld a bunch of the exhaust to make it fit(tried by a member on this forum on stock evo exhaust)

Piping + fit and finish. The sound on the 240 was fantastic, I have no idea what it's going to be like on this motor. The BC exhaust was absolutely immaculate when I got it.

Do you know where the chopping took place to fit it or know what to search for to find the thread?

The Evo exhaust is designed to sound good on a turbo'd car, not so good on a NA car.

It would be much cheaper to get a catback from an OZ and modify it to fit as all it needs is an o2 sensor bung (which you can pull of your existing exhaust) and the main pipe needs to be shortened by roughly 6"
