You can get away without machining the flywheel if the surface was still good.

My vote still goes to adjusting your driving style.

well i didnt adjust my drive style but i did adjust my drivers seat a little bit and it hasnt done it sense. coulda been the way i sit and release the pedal?

ok i feel uterly retarded. im pretty sure i tracked down the "knock". when the car was in the accident the one splash guard that we removde when we put on a CAI was torn off. i thought cool less work for me when i install CAI. well it turns out the other splash guard thats behind the filter in front of the tire is kinda loose. i noticed this the other day when i tunred the car off and heard the knock...well seems like the plastic is vibrating and tapping on my intake filter and makeing the knock.... now i have to rig it so it wont knock lol

clutch chatter is going to be magnified with the RRM flywheel.

thats normal if its a performance clutch .... if theres no chatter then u should be worried ... just change ur driving habits

The stock clutch on the Ralliart chatters just as much as an aftermarket. My stock one actually chattered more than my CM stg 1.
