Highflow Cat qustion

I was wondering if the RRM Highflow cat is worth the purchase if I am not going with a new exhaust? By itself will it give gains?

Thanks

so you're saying you're keeping the stock exhaust but only replacing the high flow cat? if it aint broke don't fix it... You won't see much in gains, I could understand if you're replacing the whole system and gettign teh downpipe, but you're not so essentially I think you'd just be wasting money.

I think it would give little gains but not much.
