So, earlier this week I noticed an oil spot on the pavement and promptly had a lookie under the car and realized that indeed my car is dripping transmission fluid.
Canada_Comp was kind enough to also have a look at it at an ungodly hour (lol) who confirmed this.

Took it to the dealership for repair and they found the transaxle inspection plate to be leaking and it was repaired under warranty.

Just wanted to let people know to maybe take a look underneath their ralliart and have a quick peek at their inspection plate to see if it looks wet.

If it happened to my car, chances are it might happen to someone else, specially considering that mine now still only has 42'000km on it.
