awwww man that sucks. really really sucks...

but to be honest. you need to hope its totaled. I went threw the same thing with my ralliart. If its not totaled, they will fix it, but now you have a busted RA that will never run the same... if its totalled. they cut you a check and you can buy the 09 ralliart.. lucky bastard.

i got a better look at it today in the light and im starting to think that they wont consider it totalled...i mean theres afew things in the motor bay that are busted like the throtle cable and the throttle positioning sensor and a couple other little things but all that is fixable, but i havent really looked under the car to check like the steering and all that...pics are coming soon

That would be on your dime and u would suffer financially for it.

A better idea would be to have the tree hit you.

"It came outta nowhere officer, I swear!"

Sorry to hear, all the best for you. But Ralliart_on_LSD is right, if you can get $9-11K for it (I have no idea how much they're selling for nowadays), you can get a nice new set of wheels

well i found out that my car will not be totalled...but its got a repair bill of over 5500 dollars in damage...there replacing my hood, passenger fender, passenger headlight and HID kit, there gonna try and fix the bumper but if its ot fixable then theyll order a new one, there gonna cut off the twisted radiator support and reweld a new one on...the only thing im concerned about is the things in the motorbay that were broken...like my throttle positioning sensor and cable, they never metioned that when they read off the list of things they were fixing...but im sure it will get fixed, if not ima raise some hell hahaha

good and bad that your car is getting fixed and not totalled. Good because a totalled car looks bad on your car insurance, and it'll go up, also good you have a rental car now until your car is fixed i'm sure. It's bad tho cuz once a car has been in a major accident like this, it usually never runs the same. but good luck. and beat the ***** off the rental car for us. youtube!
