Replacing Synchros

I grind mostly from 2-3 and some 1-2. How much in your opinions would this run to replace all synchros. Just a feeler.

The part itself is cheap, but the labor isn't, since you're essentially paying for a full trans rebuild. With the trans already out of the car, I think known trans vendors on the site charge around $800-$1000 or so for a rebuild.

vendors for built transmissions? Good luck... I tried to source a replacement transmission for my RA when I had my tranny rebuilt. Found one but the greedy kid [ no naming who... ] decided to keep his as a spare. I wound up having to rebuild my transmission. I ordered 1-2 synchro and the rev synchro. Also had to replace both 2nd gear and rev gear. Apparently the bits of metal chewed up the rev gear during the process...

I can try to find the pricing however I got it all at a lower cost since I knew someone who was at the time a parts manager. Try RusselM...? I'll see what I can dig up for parts, unlikely that I'll find the list though. But I can take pictures of the parts if you want! or better yet here:
Photos of an opened RA transmission
Probably the only photos people have of their trannies semi assembled... Remember to bring it to a reputable shop, its worth it to pay more at a good shop than less for someone's backyard...
Good luck

There's only two vendors that I know of that do transmissions - Shep (www.sheptrans.com) and TRE (www.teamrip.com) Everything on their sites is for Evo/DSM, however, I don't see why they couldn't source parts for ours, as well.
