No cruise control
sorry to bump an old thread but Im having this problem with my car right now. I'm figuring it is the LED bulbs that I have for my brake lights.
Anyone know how to mount the resistors for the brake lights? I'm thinking about putting them inside the trunk behind the carpet but I heard the resistors get hot so I'm kind of afraid of it burning my trunk. Also how do you think to get around the gasket from inside the trunk to outside where the wires are for the tails?

if you want to increase the load resistance, just connect resistors in series with the lamps...i doesn't matter which side of the lamp...either on the ground wire (black) or the voltage source (diagram shows L-0 as color code, L is blue, so i'm assuming there would be an orange marker?) i dunno i'd have to look for myself...that's just for the brake lamp...
I had NO idea the cruise control stops working when a bulb is out... (I had my cruise control stop working and start working again "randomly" but now I know its because I had replaced my bulb in between then and when it started working again)
