AEM F/IC for the ralliart!

OK i found this on an eclipse website. Its not that big of a deal, since recently alot of people have been complaining about piggybacks, and alot of people are excited about a simple reflash. But since this is AEM i'm sure its easier to find a tuner familiar with the product, there fore just easier to tune in general.

but yea, I was on club4g.org and i found a guy named BrianJ on those forums that makes harnesses for this piggyback to fit to our 4g69's.

Just figured i'd spread the knowledge. Not a big deal, but hell, its another product for us ralliart owners to choose from. Now we have AEM products fitting our cars!

I'm going to message this brianJ guy to see if he can make a harness for the AEM full standalone to fit our car. That'll be F_cking sweet.

has anyone with a ralliart actually got it up and running on that board? if so any issues?

do all the feastures work (including timing) or is it only partially compatible?
do we need the fic6 or fic8 or works with either?

hard to get excited when nothing ever seems to work for this ecu...

haha your absolutely right.

and to answer your questions. i have not the slightest idea lol. i dont know jack about ecu's and fuel. I just stumbled on the thread and i just dropped him a message, waiting on a response.

but your right, NOTHING works well with the ecu. which is why i'm ripping it out and putting a stand alone in next year lol.

This the ecu I am planning to use and central Florida turbo has it on the top of their list on dyno tuning. Ill be sure to ask them first before buying. I think it will work fine

One issue you'll run into when doing a standalone (at least, an issue I ran into) was the firmware for the camshaft trigger.
the crank trigger is the same as the evo x....but the cam trigger firmware with vipec didnt work
they're developing an upgrade for it as we speak

All I know is that I'm getting it professionally tuned so hopefully they work out all the problems. I want to get my car tuned for 15psi and 93octane.
