no the pipe on the aem and rrm intakes(not sure about injen never seen one) piping around the maf sensor goes back to stock size. the ebay intakes DO NOT none of them do. this is a problem. so not worth the time

or i can just chop it off after the maf and before the air box and make a short ram intake myself with piping and a filter. It will be called aem. An easy manifold.

Tdont bother with a cai. Being an auto we lose power in the lower rpms unlike the MT guys. A sri helps a bit to make up for it. Your idea to make your sri would work if done right

yeah im going to try the sri as i said, its just raining the next 4 days in jersey so im held off lol. maybe ill just spray paint the pipe i buy so its doesnt look cheap lol then ill post pics up

well , i bought a 20$ filter, and a 7.99 clamp and low and behold i have a sri. and wait.. theres no check engine light. this is kid of like the time everyone said my taillights tinted would come out bad and then .. they came out great

i drove around all day, the check engine light hasnt came on yet. there is no reason for it to come on .. the engline is only going to take in the amount of air it needs weather it has an intake or the old air box there is just less restriction now. theres no reason the cel should appear and i dont bellieve it will
