Hey guys, my RA was originally sold in California, and now lives with me in Wisconsin.
Is my car a victim of CARB? and if so can it be undone for better performance?

On some older cars, there were 49-state emissions equipment, and California emissions models of the same car. I'm pretty sure ours are all 50-state.

CARB generally refers to California Air Resources Board.

There are very few California-only emissions calibrations these days. And for the most part it only included a longer warranty on emissions components than 49-state vehicles. Most of the parts/calibrations differences were in late 70's to early 80's cars.
