That's pretty much the condition of my car right now. I'm at about 175,000 miles and my front bumper has the texture of 80 grit sandpaper. 
Hood is pretty chipped and have a couple spots of rust. I'll probably have the hood sanded down, repaired, and resprayed this summer, just to make sure the rust spots don't become something more.

finally got my car back.
the right quarter panel looks brand effing new.
as for the rest of the car, she's still a little chipped and scratched.
