I've seen a lot of threads about colouring the lights and such, but my issue is that the right side is illuminated (air flow direction) but the left side isn't (temp dial) I have no idea where to start to fix this.

I'm assuming a bulb of yours is out. If not, then maybe a loose connnection?

I have the same "problem" but a little tap on the bezel and the light came back!!!
