Double check your codes. P0171 is system lean on bank 1.
P0134 - Oxygen 02 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank I Sensor 1) I'd check the oxygen sensor for signs of life. Bank 1 is the front sensor I think, but would someone verify please.

There are 2 oxygen sensors on the exhaust pipe. One sensor, referred to as the front one is ahead of the catalytic converter, the other sensor is behind the catalytic converter.

Yeah, lol, we don't have turbos. it is further downstream than where the O2 housing would be located, it's actually downstream of the flex pipe as 2006 RA stated

verify continuity of the circuit, and then replace it if the wiring is good.

You can try cleaning it, but i would just replace it.

if it's staying in limp mode it should still be throwing a code. but limp mode caps the rev to 3000 if i remember correctly.

does it sound normal?

well the check engine light doesnt turn on since i clean the sensor and reset the computer..

the car sounds normal it doesnt have an extra noise but it cant rev more than 4k when the car is running and when its idle it doesnt go more then 5k some times it goes til 6.5k but its rare it just happens 1 time...

but the engine sounds normal but when i accelerate it just sounds rought like it cant give the power the engine have...

i was looking for engine knocks but it doesnt sounds rare ...

any ideas?
i dont think it could be the MAF sensor because the car just starts up and you can drive it so it cant be...

any ideeas?

none, without any codes, it's hard to say.

If it was me, i would replace the O2 sensor since that's what the original codes pointed to, then go from there.

could it be that the car just save the lim mode and it needs to get a master reset or something like that?

cuz a guy tells me that the car saves the data and it needs to get a master reset not just code reset... or something like that

Does it idle a little rough? What i mean is .. Without reving.. is your rpm stable? Cause i had a damaged maf sensor before which gave me the same symptoms.. Rough idle and low rev limits but def drivable.. If you have a cold air it may have contributed to damaging the sensor. I say thats your problem (:
