Replacing and Installing a lip

So my car doesn't have a front lip on it or ever had one since I bought it. I was wondering if anyone ever had this problem with their car and bought a lip and installed it. If so, where did you get a replacement? And how did you install it on a bumper without the holes already there from your old lip?

You have a ralliart that didn't come with a lip? Or was the car previously in an accident and had the bumper replaced?

I believe a while back he said his bumper had been replaced with an ES bumper at some point, so he doesn't have the holes.

Yeah, still looking for one. I found one and I plan on replacing it in the winter. 250 plus shipping sounds decent? It's an OEM one or should I go with the one from Ebay?

I had a a friend do that on his ES and to me... it looked weird. lol. The lip kit on the ralliart is more bold and thick and the Mugen styled one is idk.. slim.. and honda ish. Hah. I just on don't like it. I want to keep the original lip on with a carbon fiber splitter.
