Lol, found this video on Youtube from september 10th...this was not a great run for me, of course my best is 15.3, but it wouldn't make much of a difference here...The white talon is Paul Sitarski, this thing is a beast, you could almost eat from the engine bay, and i've seen him run an 11.2, but he doesn't launch hard at all...this thing is a 10 second car, no doubt about it. You can't hear it, but i was 2 steppin' as well.

as for the competition... that is soo very true. i guess there isnt enough money to be made to make a decent aftermarket sector for these cars. it's strange though, because the early years have a decent aftermarket, the 08+ have a decent aftermarket, and the 04-06 went down the ****ter.

I think in some ways it is better to have a unique car that hasn't become the "Honda Civic" of the tuner world. When I see what you guys are doing here it is inspiring.
I always have people asking what kind of car I have and looking at as a unique car. With the lack of support come ingenuity. Kudos to you guys for sticking with a platform and making it a serious contender!

I don't really think it would matter if we had a huge aftermarket, afterall the civic was and still is a crazy mass produced vehicle whereas the lancer isn't. Sure they may be a lot of lancers out there, but for every lancer there's probably 100 civics. The new ones are a little more popular but I think the early years is still regarded somewhat as a rarity. it's very funny and quite awesome to see the civic guys taking a good long hard look at my RA when they drive by. It's a compliment in and of itself. More of an aftermarket would only help to draw those stares I think.

Lets face the facts gentlemen; our car is sexy.
I agree nicely placed aftermarket parts definitely add to that sex appeal.
