4g69 injector size

Are all the 4g69 injector size not the same? i read that the eclipse 4g69 injector size are different then the 4g69 ralliart. does anyone know if the 4g69 Galant injector are different too?

If you look down towards the end in this conversation, someone said the eclipse 4g69 injectors are 305cc and the ralliart injectors are 240cc.

I'm kinda confused, if anyone has a link to where i can look this up that would be even better. Thanks

I have the galant injectors with the evo fuel rail and it doesn't sit properly. are the galant's injectors taller and different size cc's? i read the injector but it doesn't say clearly what cc it is

if that's the case, my 440's should leave enough headroom for 8psi

how can we find out for sure?

i remember reading some evo fuel rail swap onto the 4g69 but did they have trouble with it not sitting correctly, or was it a direct swap? because if it was a perfect fitment then my galant injectors are different then ralliarts, because my are too tall my evo fuel rail wont bolt down all the way. my inj are blue, i believe the ralliart are green, but there seems to be no accurate post of the correct cc size.

checked the book...

4G69 - 305cc
4G94 - 240cc

this is assuming the nomenclature of the injectors in the manual, indicates flow rate...

CDH240 for 4G94

HDA305E for 4G69

The 440cc WRX injectors don't fit perfectly, the fuel rail needs bigger spacers, do they fit bang on in the 4G94? i have spare injectors for the ES, i'll measure them tomorrow if i remember, anyone have spare Ralliart injectors to measure?

thanks. but by saying that are you confirming your ralliart inj. are 305cc or that all 4g69 inj are 305ccs?

Right, the 440s wont sit properly, but shouldn't my 4g69 galant injectors fit perfectly too like the g69 ralliart inj on the evo rail?

maybe it's the rail...

the manual is for a Lancer...when i checked the diagram in ASA, there are three different part numbers for 4G69 injectors, and they are all interchangeable according to mitsubishi...

Crans I had 440cc when I had the first turbo set up at 8psi and they ran a bit lean ay high rpm under full boost. Then we switched to 550cc but you are running a smaller turbo than I am so you should be ok.

lol, how lean? if this stupidly low budget build works in the end, i'll definately be making a few changes for the long run, like minimum 2.5" turbo back, high flow cat, as well as larger injectors, i don't want to be running my injectors at 90% duty cycle, lol!

revived*

Can anyone get a measurement of our injectors? as in the physical length...i still have not measured the WRX 440's and the 4G94 injectors, but they are pretty close...not even an 1/8 of an inch difference...i'm looking to make some new fuel rail spacers rather than shimming them, but if the difference is minimal, then some plastic washers will do the trick

And Brent, you never answer the question, lol
