i take it your using the 440cc because you need that exact amount of fuel flow? cuz the jdm pinks 560cc are a direct bolt on, a few ppl have already used it on there setups. I think i posted up the ultimate fuel injector cross reference a few years ago, that has all the injectors that "could fit" and ones that have already been proven to fit, AS WELL AS some that fit with minor modification.

but eh, your probably already 3 steps ahead of me and i'm just giving you some old news, and you need the 440cc for a reason. good luck.

EDIT*** ummm... Now that i think about it, i'm not 100% sure if the jdm pinks are 560 cc... it might be an odd number like 565cc? i dunno, but its AROUND there somewhere lol... and the exact part is on the thread i mentioned above.

LSD, i've scoured the board endlessly for most of the information that is now in my brain...the reason i went with the 440's was mainly due to abundance and availability, and also to keep cost to a minimum...and they should hold up to the amount of boost i'm initially going to run...later when i upgrade the turbo, and increase boost, i'll also be getting larger injectors...

as far as i know, the subaru injectors are slightly taller than our stockers, the impedance is right, the connector is the same (plug and play), it's just they are physically bigger by a tiny bit...so i'm just trying to figure out if i need bigger fuel rail spacers or if i can get away with a few nylon washers...

yea like I said, you were probably 3 steps ahead of me lol.... But i picked up my pinks for really cheap off a member of the subby forums.. Cheaper than I even thought, to be honest. and if you need bigger than 565 with your future setup, i'm told they can be bored pretty easy. But yea good luck with everything

The G69 injectors are Bosch brand, the Evo are Denso based.
