I just turned mine this weekend for the second time. There is nothing wrong with doing it since its just a .001-.005 shave. Just replace when they are severely damaged. If you don't turn the rotors on the pad change your wasting time and money(if the rotors surface seems to need it) and replacing rotors on each pad change is over-killing your pocket.

New rotors and I did add more lol
