It's not really weird , there are tolerances that the ecu will allow from the o2 sensor, but once it's past the limit the light comes on. It will really mess with your head when it goes away and reappears randomly

Yes. We know, we have the same car. Eliminators go on the sensor downstream post-cat

It would be after the downpipe, it's the last o2 sensor on the exhaust from front to back.

Reviving this thread real quick. To all of you that have the header. To you hear a ticking sound under load. I don't hear anything when I rev it in neutral. As soon as I start pressing on it theres a very noticeable ticking sound. Are you guys experiencing the same thing? Mabey its the new headers expanding? Or a leak? But wouldn't I hear that in neutral?

I know I've had other cars with header's and I've never experienced this. Its very annoying if im like doing 60 in 4th gear and I press on it I hear a very noticeable constant Tick..Tick..Tick really fast.

Have you gotten under the car to see if the header/downpipe is hitting something? Maybe while under load it hits ,a failing motor mount could cause this increased movement. Check it out and get back to us.

I know the header install made my exhaust move over a bit and its hitting the bottom of the car but it makes a different sound the ticking I hear is coming from the front of the car. Also I don't know if this is related but I was driving and it was pretty cold out side I shifted into 2nd at about 5k and heard a loud NOCK! under the car. Very weird making me think mabey the bottom mount is the cause of this

I had the loud knock also. I didn't have it since the crossmember/clutch/axle install. I suspect 2 things, either the crossmember or the bearing at the top of the strut mount.

It was extremely loud, could be felt in the steering and had no impact on driveability. If it's the bearing, it could mean a broken coil spring, though my car still seems leveled (measured) and my mechanic didn't see anything.

My steering rack is also shot but I doubt this could be it.
