Everyone's telling me to put a lip on my car, any referrals to where I can get the factory lip that goes with the body kit on the car? Also, anyone know any good places to get suspension? I'm looking for a set of the full coilover kit.

 

factory lip is expensive, you get it directly from mitsubishi, but if you have an ES bumper it will be a pain to line it up right, cause you have to make new holes in the bumper, and if it's off, it will look ****ty...

These guys make an OEM-style lip, i heard there is fitment issues, but installing it on a non RA/OZ bumper it would be just as much of a pain in the *** as fitting a genuine lip to a base model bumper...that, or look for a wrecked RA with rear end damage or blown engine...

for the suspension, you've asked like 1000 times about coilovers...pick a brand with decent reviews, buy within your budget and if you can't get them locally, find the best price online...

oh, sorry yeah that was someone else...i just did a search, all these noobs keep posting and asking about friggin coilovers! you're in the clear, check the suspension section, a few of the boys posted a bunch of manufacturers that make compatible coils, i'd link you but i forget which thread it is...cheers

Too bad Swift doesn't make springs for the RA anymore....

 

they don't? hmm...RalliartN just put a set of swifts on his car last weekend...

 

I swear last week i checked the Swift site and they were not listed. I bought my swifts from MAP from for 85 shipped about 2 years ago. Maybe that was the last produced batch.
