You make that sound bad....although I want you to install the LSD and post results before I take the plunge to get it for my girlfriends RA.

limited slip differential, majorly helps traction that is lost from increasing power.

It will make your 1st gear launch much more productive...it will make your fast turns stick to the road.

from my experiences with LSD it makes things warp and morph into all sorts of shapes, I never knew it would make me drive faster too!

Not that it is bad. It is just the last thing for us. Turbo takes priority. LSD install is a bit of work I would rather postpone for later.

Now that I bought the RA Sportback I'm even more interested in the goodies for the car. I still hope someone finds time to do some comparison numbers for a stock car vs. one with the mods to know what to expect from an investment.

To echo Joe's sentiment, I would like to glean from the tomes of Pirelli...

"Power is nothing without control"

I would prefer a well roundd car. My personal ungrade path would be more like, intake, rear anti-swaybar, Better brakes, exhaust..... Just keep going in a circle. Get my drift?

I think we understand that speed and quickness is king. This is why a turbo kit will be developed before anything more to help suspension for better traction. People want to buy speed, it is proven that you will sell more go faster parts than more parts to help traction.

It's all good!

Other than the short shifter which isn't for an automatic transmission are there any of the parts that won't work on the RA Sportback? I was thinking of gradually progressing through:
CAI
exhaust
sway bar and perches
rotors and pads
piggyback
LSD
with any adjustments to the order based on what may come out new in the interim. I think this will address items in a good order and build up a very nice vehicle.

I just wish you guys were close enough for me to come in and get each item done as time/money allowed. I don't suppose you have an affiliate in the Houston/Dallas/San Antonio/Austin area?

We have not got our hands on an auto yet. Safe to say exhaust and suspension/brakes will fit. CAI and LSD will not fit automatic. Going to have a SRI intake for auto guys soon.
