So driving on the freeway I come across some traffic and my temp gauge goes from just below 3/4 back down to normal under halfway.. I pulled over and noticed the fan was on but since my a/c is burnt out it wasn't turning on and thought since that fan doesn't turn on it isn't cooling that side of the radiator does this sound about right or is it far fetched? Another question is will the regular lancer fans fit in our RAs? I searched and couldn't find a straight answer

According to ASA the engine cooling fan has a motor shared with the CS6A Lancers (ES, OZ Rally). The AC fan is unique to the RA, or should I say is not shown for any model but the RA. I'd be surprised if they are different. Head to the junk yard for some hands on.

I got my Cooling Fan Module off a 02 OZ Rally. They're pretty much interchangeable.
Thanks 2006_RA but unfortunately the junk yards around me put the lancer cars in what they call fantasy five which they have the most wanted cars up for picking starting on a Saturday morning and it's first come first serve and being busy Saturday's I can't make it until everything is gone and I want a new one so it doesn't go out on me in 6 months.. And Keith in looking for the fans not modules but thanks
