Slim Fan Install Help with Filler Neck

Hi Everyone, I recently installed slim fans on my Evo since the OEM fan bearings were shot. The question I have is, how should I go about mounting the radiator filler neck? Originally, the filler neck bolts onto the OEM fan shroud. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

In case others are curious.. It seems that some people just let the filler neck hang, but some people custom fabricate a mount by drilling through the fan shroud and bolting the filler neck to it.
