I remember after purchasing my car i threw a few towels down on the floor so my nice Ralliart mats wouldnt get stained then a little while later i bought some random mats to throw over top of the stock ones to keep them protected and have had them both in my car since.

Recently i finally decided it was time to remove the double floor mats and get a nice set of fitted rubber all weather mats especially since the driver side top mat was wearing into my stock Ralliart mat.

I could only find a handful of fitted mats for the Lancers so i went with one that had a design and price that i liked and settled on Intro-Tech Automotive Flexomats floor mats from AutoAnything for $70 shipped.

The mats arrived in a small rectangular box rolled up but luckily it was a warm day so they unraveled easily. I didnt receive any directions and none of them were marked which side they went on or which direction was up so it was hard to tell exactly where and how they fit especially the rear ones. After a little bit of maneuvering i think i figured it out. They fit like floor pans over top of the carpet theyre cut so precise.

I did have to remove the drivers side tab that holds the stock mat in place though because the new mat didnt come with a hole and i wasnt about to cut a hole in it. Plus its virtually useless with the new mat anyway as it fits the entire floor.

As you can see they save your floor from all the outside grime.
