2006 ralliart shakes while idle

My car shakes when it's idle on any gear placed. I had a friend look at it for me and he told me it had to do something with the acceleration of the car being to high so he fixed it for me but it last for a day and half till it start again. I can't seem to figure out what's causing it. Any help would be great.

My money is on the rear mount, I've just seen them fail more often.

Anything is possible at this point. More info is needed to help. Has anything been done to the car, repairs, mods, crashes, really anything, right before this started happening?

Also, when does this happen? Idle while moving, idle while stopped....

DETAILS, give em to me!
